Who should attend this event?

This event and the content that will be presented throughout the workshop was designed for Klaviyo Customers. If you are interested in learning to become a customer, please visit Klaviyo.com.

Can I bring a co-worker with me?

Space is limited for each Klaviyo Connect workshop event. Please register your co-worker. Should there be a waitlist, they will be notified if they have been confirmed for the event via email.

What happens if I registered and was placed on the waitlist?

If you've registered and have been placed on the waitlist, please pay close attention to your email in the days leading up to the event. As other attendees cancel, we will move waitlisted individuals to the attendee list. Those who have been moved off of the waitlist will be notified by email.

Is there parking for the event?

For our NYC Klaviyo Connect workshops, we will not be providing parking, but there are a number of parking lot options within a few minutes walk from the event space. Parking recommendations will be shared in the 'know before you go' reminder emails.

Will there be food provided?

Absolutely - we will have a continental breakfast, plus coffee and other breakfast beverages in the morning. Lunch will be provided too! There will be snacks and beverages available throughout the day. We'll end the day with a networking happy hour complete with tasty bites and beverages.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, there is no cost to attend Klaviyo Connect. Klaviyo Connect is a free workshop, dedicated to learning and networking, with curated content just for Klaviyo Customers.

I'm a Klaviyo Partner, can I attend?

Thanks for being a Klaviyo Partner! Unless you have been invited exclusively to this event by a Klaviyo team member, unfortunately, no, this event is reserved for Klaviyo Customers only.

Will the content be recorded and shared after? Or, can I join remotely?

We will not be recording the workshop, the presentations and assets will be shared with attendees following the event. This is a live only event, it will not be offered digitally.

Are there two dates for Klaviyo Connect NYC?

Yes, there are two dates for the Klaviyo Connect NYC, June 4th and June 5th - please only register for one date as the content is the same across both days. We are offering two dates to ensure we're able to share this incredible day with as many customers as possible!
